Absentee ballots; reports.
A. Within thirty days following a general election, the county clerk shall report to the secretary of
state the number of absentee ballots transmitted in the general election to uniformed-service voters
and overseas voters for the election and the number of those ballots returned, rejected or counted.
B. Within ninety days following a general election, the secretary of state shall report to the
federal election assistance commission the combined absentee ballot numbers submitted by the
counties pursuant to this section.
