Precinct voter lists; signature roster preparation. The county clerk shall provide for preparation of precinct voter lists and signature rosters generated from the official state voter file for any precincts. The precinct voter lists and signature rosters shall be used at any election for which registration of voters is required in lieu of bound original certificates of registration and poll books.
