Clerical assistance for county clerk. The board of county commissioners shall provide for necessary clerical assistance to the county clerk to perform work pertaining to registration. Such clerical assistance shall be paid for by order of the board of county commissioners. Such expenditure shall be included as an item in the regular county budget.
