Application to court for order directing compliance with notice or order 158. (1) The Commission may apply to the High Court for an order directing compliance with a notice or order issued under section 153 , 154 , 155 , 156 or 157 . (2) An application under subsection (1) may be made in relation to a person outside the State where a notice or order referred to sections 153 , 154 , 155 , 156 or 157 is addressed to that person and relates to anything done or omitted to be done under those sections.
