Online platform liable for acts of third parties engaged by it to carry out its obligations under this Part 141. An online platform may either itself or by means of another service provider or agent engaged by the online platform for that purpose apply a measure or undertake any action required under this Part provided that the online platform remains liable— (a) for any failure to apply the measure or comply with any requirement, and (b) for complying with any obligation imposed on the online platform under this Part.
