Amendment of section 5 of Act of 2006 113. Section 5 of the Act of 2006 is amended in subsection (1), by the substitution of “The registration authority shall arrange, at least on an annual basis, for the giving of public notice of—” for “The registration authority shall, within the period of 14 days ending on the qualifying date for registration as an elector, arrange for the giving of public notice of—”.
