Amendment of section 67 of Electoral Act 1997 110. Section 67 of the Electoral Act 1997 is amended— (a) in subsection (2)(ii), by the insertion of “and of the applicant’s right to appeal the decision to the county registrar under section 63(3)” after “therefor”, and (b) in subsection (3), by the substitution of the following paragraph for paragraph (a): “(a) Section 14(2) of the Act of 1992 shall apply to applications under this Part.”.
