Amendment of section 64 of Electoral Act 1997 108. Section 64 of the Electoral Act 1997 is amended, in subsection (1)— (a) in paragraph (b), by the substitution of “as the case may require.” for “as the case may require;”, and (b) by the deletion of paragraph (c).
