Amendment of section 46 of Act of 1992 101. Section 46 of the Act of 1992 is amended— (a) in subsection (6)— (i) in paragraph (a)(i), by the deletion of “in force”, (ii) in paragraph (d), by the deletion of “subject to paragraph (e)”, and (iii) by the deletion of paragraph (e), and (b) in subsection (7), by the deletion of “a supplement to”.
