Amendment of section 7 of Act of 1992 80. Section 7 of the Act of 1992 is amended— (a) in subsection (1), by the substitution of “is” for “was, on the qualifying date”, (b) in subsection (2)(i), by the substitution of “Presidential Elections Acts 1992 to 2006” for “Presidential Elections Acts, 1937 to 1992”, (c) in subsection (2)(ii), by the substitution of “Referendum Acts 1992 to 2022” for “the Referendum Acts, 1942 to 1992”, and (d) in subsection (3), by the substitution of “Presidential Elections Acts 1992 to 2006” for “Presidential Elections Acts, 1937 to 1992”.
