Amendment of Act of 1997 75. The Act of 1997 is amended, in Rule 5(3)(a) of the Second Schedule, by the substitution of “ section 47 (d) of the Electoral Reform Act 2022 ” for “section 25(7)(d) of the Act of 1992”.
