Amendment of Act of 1992 72. The Act of 1992 is amended— (a) in section 46(4), by the substitution of “ section 47 (d) of the Electoral Reform Act 2022 ” for “section 25(7)(d)”, (b) in section 46(10), by the substitution of “ section 55 of the Electoral Reform Act 2022 ” for “section 25C(7)”, (c) in section 62(2)(g), by the substitution of “ section 55 of the Electoral Reform Act 2022 ” for “subsection (7) of section 25C”, (d) in section 63(1)(b)(vi), by the substitution of “ section 54 of the Electoral Reform Act 2022 ” for “subsection (7) of section 25C”, and (e) in section 107(1), by the deletion of “(disregarding any excluded day)”.
