Amendment of Data Protection Act 2018 71. The Data Protection Act 2018 is amended— (a) in section 48, by the substitution of the following paragraph for paragraph (b): “(b) by An Coimisiún Toghcháin in the performance of its functions.”, (b) in section 58, by the substitution of the following paragraph for paragraph (b): “(b) by An Coimisiún Toghcháin in the performance of its functions.”, and (c) in section 59, by the substitution of the following paragraph for paragraph (b): “(b) by An Coimisiún Toghcháin in the performance of its functions.”.
