Notification of decision on application for registration 49. The Registrar shall, as soon as practicable after it has considered an application for registration under this Part, notify the applicant concerned of his or her decision and, where the application has been refused, the reasons for it and that the applicant may appeal the decision under section 51 , and shall cause notice thereof to be published in Iris Oifigiúil .
