Reports and information to Minister and Joint Oireachtas Committee 39. (1) As soon as may be after the completion of the performance of its functions under this Chapter and under section 67 in relation to each referendum, but not later than 6 months thereafter, the Commission shall prepare and submit a report in writing to the Joint Oireachtas Committee in relation to the performance by it of those functions. (2) The Commission shall, when submitting the report under subsection (1) , furnish a copy of the report to the Minister. (3) The Commission shall, whenever so requested by the Joint Oireachtas Committee, furnish to the Committee information in relation to such matters as the Committee may specify in respect of any report referred to in subsection (1) .
