Arrangements in relation to the counting of votes. 33. —The provisions of sections 112 to 115 and 117 of the Act of 1992 shall, subject to the modifications specified in section 2 (3) apply and have effect in relation to the arrangements for the counting of votes by the local returning officer in each constituency at a referendum.
