Times of poll. 13. —The poll at a referendum shall— ( a ) be taken on such day as shall be appointed for this purpose by order of the Minister under this Act, and ( b ) shall continue for such period, not being less than 12 hours, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 10.30 p.m., as may be appointed by the said order, subject to the restriction that the same day and the same period shall be so appointed for all constituencies.
