Amendment of Seanad Electoral (Panel Members) Act, 1947. 169. —The Seanad Electoral (Panel Members) Act, 1947 is hereby amended by the insertion of “for the time being in force” after “enactments” in both subsection (1) of section 54 and subsection (1) of section 75.
