Nominating or withdrawing a candidate without consent. 141. —(1) A person shall not— ( a ) nominate another person for election under this Act to the Dáil, or ( b ) withdraw the candidature of another person for such election to the Dáil, save with the consent of that person. (2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence.
