Amendment of Electoral (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1986. 24. —(1) Section 1 of the Electoral (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1986 , is hereby amended by the substitution for the definition of “special voters list” of the following definition: “‘special voters list’ means the list of voters prepared by the registration authority pursuant to section 17 of the Electoral Act, 1992 .”. (2) Section 16 (1) of the Electoral (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1986 , is hereby amended by the substitution for “ section 15 of this Act” of “ section 12 of the Electoral Act, 1992 ”.
