Amendment of section 40 of Court Officers Act, 1926. 22. — Section 40 (6) of the Court Officers Act, 1926 , as amended by section 7 (7) of the Electoral Act, 1963 , is hereby amended by the substitution for “under the regulations made pursuant to section 7 of the Electoral Act, 1963 ” of “pursuant to the Second Schedule to the Electoral Act, 1992 ”.
