§ 3599.39Second conviction under election laws

Any person convicted of a violation of any provision of Title XXXV of the Revised Code, who is
again convicted of a violation of any such provision, whether such conviction is for the same offense
or not, is on such second conviction guilty of a felony of the fourth degree, and in addition, shall be
disfranchised.
