§ 3599.28False signatures

No person, with intent to defraud or deceive, shall write or sign the name of another person to any
document, petition, registration card, or other book or record authorized or required by Title XXXV
of the Revised Code.


Whoever violates this section is guilty of a felony of the fifth degree.
