§ 3599.25Inducing illegal voting

(A) No person shall knowingly do any of the following:


(1) Counsel or advise another to vote at an election, knowing that the person is not a qualified voter;


(2) Advise, aid, or assist another person to go or come into a precinct for the purpose of voting in it,
knowing that such person is not qualified to vote in it;


(3) Counsel, advise, or attempt to induce an election officer to permit a person to vote, knowing such
person is not a qualified elector.


(B) Whoever violates division (A) of this section is guilty of a felony of the fourth degree.
