§ UCA § 20A-19-104Severability

20A-19-104. 
Severability.




(1)

The provisions of this chapter are severable.





(2)

If any word, phrase, sentence, or section of this chapter or the application of any word, phrase, sentence, or section of this chapter to any person or circumstance is held invalid by a final decision of a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this chapter must be given effect without the invalid word, phrase, sentence, section, or application.
