Effective 5/13/2014 20A-6-103. Internet voting pilot project. Notwithstanding any provision of this title to the contrary, a county may allow a covered voter, as defined in Section 20A-16-102, or a voter with a disability, as defined in 42 U.S.C. 12102(1), to register to vote, and vote electronically.
