Effective 5/3/2023 20A-2-300.6. Voter registration activities -- Coordination among local, state, and federal officials. The lieutenant governor shall: (1) oversee, manage, and coordinate all voter registration activities in the state; and (2) coordinate with local, state, and federal officials to ensure compliance with state and federal election laws.
