Footnote. Article 130 shall be excluded by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 14.04.2004 № 545. Article 130-1. Terms of election of maslikhat deputies Maslikhat deputies shall be elected on the basis of a proportional election system from January 1, 2019 if the grounds provided for by this Constitutional Law occur. Until that time, the relevant provisions of this Constitutional Law shall be in the previous wording. Footnote. Chapter 15 shall be supplemented by Article 130-1 in accordance with the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 29.06.2018 № 162-VI (shall be enforced upon expiry of ten calendar days after its first official publication).
