1. If elections have been declared null and void, the territorial election commission shall take a decision on conduct of the re-run of election. Voting shall be conducted in the same polling stations under the same voter registers that have been compiled for the conduct of initial election. 2. Re-run of election shall be conducted not later than within one month since the initial elections. Electoral campaign, which have been foreseen for the re-run of election, shall be conducted according to the rules stipulated by this Constitutional Law. 3. Local mass media shall be informed about conduct of the re-run of election. 4. (excluded by the Constitutional Law of RK dated April 14, 2004 № 545-II). Footnote.
