1. A precinct election commission, based on the results of voting, shall draw up a voting protocol, which is immediately sent to the territorial election commission. 2. Other issues related to the determination of the result of the counting of votes shall be resolved in accordance with the rules, established in the General Part of this Constitutional Law.
