At elections of members of the local self-government bodies: 1) The territories of rural and urban local communities where groups of the population compactly live shall make constituencies; 2) is excluded by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 29.06.2018 № 162-VI (shall be enforced upon expiry of ten calendar days after its first official publication); 3) Organization and conduct of elections are realized by the precinct election commissions.
