1. Based on the voting results, the precinct election commission shall draw up a protocol for voting, which shall be immediately sent to the relevant territorial or district election commission. 2. Based on the protocols of precinct election commissions, the relevant territorial or district election commissions shall draw up a protocol on the results of the voting, which shall be signed by the chairman and members of the commission and sent to the Central Election Commission no more than two days after voting day. 3. Election results shall be established at a meeting of the Central Election Commission based on the protocols of the relevant territorial and district election commissions. 4. Other issues related to determining the result of the counting of votes and the result of elections shall be resolved in accordance with the rules established by the General Part of this Constitutional Law.
