1. The early elections of deputies of the Senate and the election of deputies instead of those who dropped out shall be held in accordance with the rules established by this Constitutional Law for the next elections of deputies of the Senate. At the same time, the timing of electoral events shall be determined by the Central Election Commission. 2. A year before the expiration of the constitutional term of office of deputies of the Senate, elections of a deputy instead of the one who has dropped out shall not be held. Footnote.
