1. Results of election of the Senate deputies as a whole across the Republic shall be established by the Central Election Commission not later than seven days since the date of election. 2. The candidate shall be considered as elected at the election as the Senate deputy if he/she: 1) collected more than fifty percent of the votes of electors who have taken part in voting; 2) collected at the rerun of a vote the majority of the votes of electors in comparison with the other candidate; 3) (excluded by the Constitutional Law of RK dated April 14, 2004 № 545-II). 3. Other issues related to establishment and publication of the election results shall be solved according to the rules established in the General part of this Constitutional Law. Footnote.
