1. If the ballot includes more than two candidates of the Senate and none of them has been elected, accordingly, the oblast, urban (the city of the Republican status and the capital of the Republic) election commission shall appoint a rerun of a vote for two candidates who have received the majority of votes. In case of retiring of one of the candidates the ballot shall include the next candidate who has received the larger number of votes. 2. The rerun of a vote shall be conducted on the same day as the initial day of voting with the observation of the requirements of this Constitutional Law. 3.
