1. The results of the counting of votes at the presidential election shall be established at a meeting of the territorial election commission and shall be recorded in the protocol, which is signed by the chairman and members of the commission and sent to the Central Election Commission within two days. 2. Other issues related to the determination of the result of the counting of votes shall be resolved in accordance with the rules established in the General Part of this Constitutional Law.
