1. Conduct of any pre-election campaigns on the day of elections and the day preceding it shall be forbidden. 2. The printed campaign materials which earlier have been hung out outside the premises of the election commissions and polling station can be preserved in their place. Campaign materials previously posted on the Internet may be stored in their original places. The removal of previously posted materials on the main pages of Internet resources shall not be allowed.
