Voting at the elections of the President, deputies of the Parliament and maslikhats, akim, and members of other bodies of local self-government of the Republic shall be secret, excluding the possibility of any control over the will of voters. Article 8 as amended by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 24, 2021 № 41-VII (shall be enforced ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication); dated 05.11.2022 № 156-VII (shall come into effect from 01.01.2023).
