1. Electors - citizens of the Republic, who are deputies of maslikhats, shall participate in the elections of deputies of the Senate of Parliament. 2. Electors shall participate in elections of deputies of the Senate on an equal basis and each of them shall have one vote in elections of deputies of the Senate. Footnote.
