1. The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, adopted at a republican referendum, enters into force from the day of the official publication of the results of the referendum, with simultaneous termination of the previously adopted Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 2. The day of adoption of the Constitution at a republican referendum is declared a public holiday - the Day of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
