1. Laws and international treaties recognized as non-compliant with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan may not be signed or, accordingly, ratified and enforced. 2. Laws and other legal acts, their separate provisions, recognized as unconstitutional, including those infringing on the rights and freedoms of a human and a citizen enshrined in the Constitution shall be cancelled and shall not be subject to application from the date the decision is taken by the Constitutional Court or from the date established by it. 3. Decisions of the Constitutional Court shall enter into force from the day of their adoption, shall be binding on the entire territory of the Republic, final and shall not be subject to appeal.
