1. The Government is formed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the manner prescribed by the Constitution. 2. Proposals on the structure and composition of the Government shall be made to the President of the Republic by the Prime Minister of the Republic within ten days of the appointment of the Prime Minister. 3. Government members take an oath to the people and the President of Kazakhstan.
