1. The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall not have the right to be a deputy of a representative body, occupy other paid positions nor engage in entrepreneurial activity. 2. Excluded by Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 254-III dated May 21, 2007. 3. For the period of exercising his powers, the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall not be a member of a political party. 4. Close relatives of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan are not entitled to hold positions of political civil servants, heads of subjects of the quasi-public sector.
