1. Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall have the right to freedom of forming associations. The activities of public associations shall be regulated by law. 2. Chairmen and judges of the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court and other courts, chairmen and members of the Central Electoral Commission, the Supreme Audit Chamber of the Republic, military personnel, employees of national security agencies, law enforcement agencies should not be members of political parties, trade unions, support any political party.
