§ 3501.21Change of precinct or polling place notice

When the board of elections considers it necessary to change, divide, or combine any precinct or to
relocate a polling place, it shall notify, prior to the next election, each of the registrants in the
precinct of the change by mail. On and after August 1, 2000, when the board changes the boundaries
of any precinct, it shall notify the secretary of state of the change not later than forty-five days after
making the change.
