§ 3501.03Notice of election

At least ten days before the time for holding an election the board of elections shall give public
notice by a proclamation, posted in a conspicuous place in the courthouse and city hall, or by one
insertion in a newspaper of general circulation in the county.


The board shall have authority to publicize information relative to registration or elections.
