TITLE 34 ELECTIONS CHAPTER 21 ELECTION CONTESTS ACT 34-2126. Remedies. Not more than ten (10) days after the hearing, the court must render an opinion in a primary contest as soon as practicable and must prescribe such remedies provided in this chapter as it deems just.
