TITLE 34 ELECTIONS CHAPTER 17 RECALL ELECTIONS 34-1710. Conduct of special recall election. Special elections for the recall of an officer shall be conducted and the results thereof canvassed and certified in all respects as general elections, except as otherwise provided. Nothing in this chapter shall preclude the holding of a recall election with another election.
