TITLE 34 ELECTIONS CHAPTER 9 BALLOTS 34-911. County clerk to prepare full instructions for the guidance of voters at elections. The county clerk shall prepare full instructions for the guidance of voters at such elections, as to obtaining ballots, as to the manner of marking them, and as to obtaining new tickets in place of those spoiled, and provide sample ballots. The form and manner of display of the above mentioned instructions shall be prescribed by the secretary of state and be uniform throughout the state. History:How current is this law?
