§ 168.154Contested election; intent of act

Sec. 154.
     It is the intention of this act to furnish a speedy and effective remedy for the preservation of
 the evidence of the intention of the voters in the case of elections to the office of representative
 in congress and, for that purpose, the provisions of this act shall be construed as remedial.
